New August Meetup at the Library!

I spoke to the staff at the San Marcos Public Library this week, and our August meetup is set! We’ll gather on Sunday, August 25 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for fun and whatever games we feel like bringing.

You can RSVP here at our Meetup group, or just show up. If you have friends or relatives who might be interested, bring them along!

Note also that we will not be playing The Guns of August at our August meetup. It’s a good game, but just setting up all those Russian front pieces would take longer than we have to play. 🙂

What will we play? That’s up to you! Throw some suggestions in the replies and we’ll see what happens.

But First, July!

Before we get to August, though, we have our July meetups! We’ll be at Mocha & Javas on Friday night at 7 p.m. and at the library on Sunday at 1 p.m.  I look forward to meeting you there and playing some games!
